Shipping Container Questions
What sizes of shipping containers do you rent?
We rent 10-foot, 20-foot, and 40-foot containers. The 20-foot is our most popular size for job sites and residential use. The 40-foot is common for businesses needing maximum storage capacity. All units are standard 8-foot wide.
How long can I rent a shipping container?
There's no minimum or maximum rental term. We rent month-to-month and you return it when you're done. Whether you need it for two weeks or two years, we work around your timeline.
Do I need a permit to place a shipping container on my property?
Permit requirements vary by city and county. In most rural Montana, Wyoming, and North Dakota locations, no permit is required. In city limits or HOA communities, you may need approval. We recommend checking with your local building department if you're unsure.
Can shipping containers be modified with HVAC, electrical, or shelving?
